Hi, I'm Brittney!

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and I help people prioritize their health and fitness while fully enjoying their life.


I offer personal training and health coaching virtually and in-person in the Bangor, Maine area to help high-vibe individuals who are ready to uplevel, reach their big fitness and health goals, and stop self-sabotaging, crash dieting, and losing their power to food and the scale.


Since I was young, I struggled with my weight and started fad diets in middle school. Fast forward through eating disorders, over-exercising, more crash diets, boring workouts, healing my relationship with my body, the scale, and food, and lots of scientific research and trial and error - now I'm here sharing the truth about exercise and nutrition to save others the pain and frustration I went through. Because let's face it, not seeing results after following a tedious plan that left you miserable IS frustrating and discouraging. I wish I knew these easy (and even fun) principles early on, and that's why I love sharing them with my clients

and watching them win in their health journeys.

We'll work together to create new habits, build custom nutrition strategies, grow your mindset, and heal your relationship with food and the scale. You'll be shocked at how incredible you feel and how simple it can be!

This part is very important but most times overlooked. We'll go through your current habits and lifestyle and create mindset shifts and routines that are simple and sustainable and will get you closer to your goals.


This is where we get curious about beliefs such as "the scale is evil" or "losing weight is hard" and work to release and replace them together.
